SomeOne Cares is a sisterhood of empathetic, nonjudgmental women who walk alongside one another during heart-healing journeys. Hundreds of women have experienced forgiveness, healing and restoration though this ministry. CASA for Hunt County provides trained, court-appointed volunteers to be the voice for the children who are under the protection of the state to assure them a safe, permanent environment. The Hunt County Children’s Advocacy Center is committed to a multidisciplinary response to child abuse in Hunt County (Texas). The Center coordinates with local law enforcement, Child Protective Services, and medical and mental health professionals to help children and their non-offending family members seek hope, find healing, and pursue justice. Their goal every day is to restore the lives of child abuse and sexual assault victims and to promote safer communities in Hunt County through prevention education, awareness, and community involvement.
